Hi, I’m Ana — an aspiring UX Researcher with a background in Psychology and a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction. I’m passionate about uncovering the “why” behind user behavior and turning insights into actionable, user-centered solutions.

My academic training has equipped me with strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, usability testing, and behavioral analysis. At Catalight, I designed a CSAT survey to capture customer feedback and improved internal workflows by redesigning key forms—refining my ability to identify pain points and optimize processes.
